Horrible experience!! No one greeted me when I walked in, instead one of the workers looked at me with a nasty expression like why am I there…I said I have a hair appointment. She pretended not to understand English. Walked away and continued a conversation in her language. The stylist was with another customer and it looked like she had only started, which means it would be a very long wait. I was ignored. Unacceptable! You just lost a potential regular client! Horrible client service like this is precisely why I prefer upscale city salons.
